Teacake du jour: baklava-inspired! Equal parts hazelnut meal and AP flour, pistachios, extra butter and egg for richness, sweetened with @portlandsyrups Rose Cordial and @oldbluerawhoney bigleaf maple honey, studded with pistachios.
