Ever since reading @tylerkord’s pivotal “A Super Upsetting Cookbook About Sandwiches” I’ve begun to see broccoli in an entirely new light. 🥦 🥪 🧀 🥫 This little beaut is @tillamook medium cheddar (my main squeeze of cheese) on The Great Protein Bread from @franzbakery — made with navy bean flour and tons of nuts and seeds, it’s really soft and delicious! (I pick it up for a buck a loaf at the bakery outlet.)
